Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the one hand, the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city next to the old town, making sightseeing in Heidelberg incredibly convenient. However, the lack of an elevator was a downside, especially carrying my luggage up three floors to a room with a balcony overlooking the plaza. The noise from traffic was noticeable, but the back rooms provided a quieter experience, although opening the window was not preferable. The check-in process was a bit lengthy, but manageable in the end.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city near the old town, which is great for sightseeing. However, the room I stayed in was noisy due to traffic outside, and the roof window let in a lot of light, making it hard to sleep in. The service was polite and accommodating, although I had to inquire multiple times about details. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the facilities were acceptable but not exceptional.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a great location in the heart of the city and within walking distance to the old town and river. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the dining options were limited. The service was friendly and efficient, making my experience enjoyable overall.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were very nice, cozy, big, and clean, with twin beds, although I had to sleep in a room with two single beds. The location was excellent, close to the Castle at Heidelberg and the downtown area. The service was understanding, efficient, and helpful, with easy instructions for parking nearby. However, the dining situation was a bit confusing with additional costs for breakfast, and the shuttle service for breakfast seemed unnecessary.
The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city next to the old town, making it ideal for sightseeing. The rooms are very spacious, impeccably clean, and offer a cozy ambiance with wooden floors and a comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the dining experience was slightly pricy with limited breakfast options. The facilities are well-maintained and add value to the overall stay.
